Thus, there are many healthy drinks that can be a worthy replacement for regular water. It is important to choose those that do not contain a lot of sugar, artificial colors and preservatives. Healthy alternatives will help maintain optimal hydration levels, improve well-being and maintain energy balance throughout the day.
