The best remedy is plain drinking water, which undoubtedly has the best effect on hydration.

Another important factor is that even mild dehydration can impair our performance and concentration. In cases where the body loses more than 2% of its total mass of water, significant changes in physiology are observed, which can lead to a decrease in mood, headaches, as well as a decrease in cognitive functions. Therefore, it is so important to constantly maintain water balance, even in normal conditions.

In general, drinking water is not just a habit, but a necessity that determines our well-being and health. Scientists emphasize the importance of regular water consumption, especially in hot weather, during physical exertion or during illness. Therefore, to maintain your health and even save your life in critical situations, it is enough just to drink more water.
