In addition, a decrease in the consumption of vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins negatively affects overall health, including eye health. Preventing vitamin deficiency should be a priority, as it is directly linked to the risk of developing serious diseases.

Studies show that regular consumption of foods rich in vitamin A, such as carrots, spinach and eggs, can reduce the risk of developing vision problems. It is also worth paying attention to the consumption of dairy products and meat, which are sources of B vitamins. A balanced diet is a key aspect in preventing vitamin deficiencies and, consequently, preserving vision.

Therefore, providing the body with the necessary vitamins is important for maintaining vision. Prevention of vitamin A and B deficiencies can significantly reduce the risk of developing blindness. A healthy diet and conscious food choices are important steps to preserving vision and overall health.
