Additionally, greens such as parsley and spinach are another important part of a healthy diet for teeth. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, which are necessary to maintain the health of the gums. Greens can also help freshen breath, thanks to their antibacterial properties.

Do not forget about water, which is the basis of a healthy diet. Regular consumption of water helps to maintain hydration and cleaning of the oral cavity. This is important to prevent the build-up of bacteria and plaque that can lead to tooth decay and other dental problems.

Therefore, the inclusion of the above-mentioned products in the daily diet can significantly improve the condition of the teeth and prevent many dental diseases. Proper nutrition is not only the way to healthy teeth, but also the key to general well-being.
