Rice and pasta: why they are not healthier than sweets

In addition, some studies indicate a connection between the consumption of refined carbohydrates and inflammatory processes in the body. This can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disease, and other chronic ailments.

So, don't underestimate the impact that rice and pasta can have on your health. Although they are common components of many diets, it is important to balance their consumption with other, more nutritious foods. A sensible approach to nutrition can significantly improve your well-being and overall health.
