A balanced diet is a key aspect in preventing vitamin deficiencies and, accordingly, preserving vision.

Therefore, providing the body with the necessary vitamins is important for maintaining vision. Prevention of vitamin A and group B deficiencies can significantly reduce the risk of blindness. A healthy diet and an informed choice of products are important steps to maintaining vision and overall health.
