In addition, it is important to follow general recommendations for a healthy lifestyle. This includes regular exercise, healthy eating and stress management. All this contributes to reducing the risk of stroke and improving the general state of health.

Thus, although smoked sausage can be a tasty part of the diet, its regular consumption can have a negative effect on health. It is recommended to reduce the consumption of processed meat products and pay attention to a balanced diet to maintain heart health and reduce the risks of serious diseases.
