Recent scientific studies have once again confirmed the benefits of dairy products for heart health. Scientists in a recent article published in the journal "Cardiology" concluded that regular consumption of dairy products, such as milk, yogurt and cheese, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases by 15-20%.

A study conducted over several years among more than 10,000 volunteers showed that people who consumed dairy products daily had a significantly lower incidence of heart attacks and strokes compared to those who did not include them in their diet.

Scientists explain that the beneficial properties of dairy products are related to their composition, which includes calcium, potassium and magnesium. These minerals are known for their ability to lower blood pressure and improve vascular function.

In addition, dairy products are rich in B vitamins, particularly vitamin B12, which is essential for heart health. Regular consumption of dairy products helps maintain a normal level of cholesterol in the blood and reduces its accumulation in the arteries, which is an important aspect of heart disease prevention.

According to research, the optimal amount of dairy products to support heart health is two to four servings per day. This can include milk, yogurt, cheese or kefir. For people with lactose intolerance or milk allergies, there are alternatives such as soy milk or plant-based yogurt.

It is necessary to remember that the consumption of dairy products should be part of a balanced diet and be combined with an active lifestyle and giving up bad habits such as smoking. This will maximize the positive impact on heart health and the general condition of the body.
