One of the ways to improve sleep quality is also to reduce the consumption of caffeine and alcohol late at night. These substances can interfere with normal falling asleep and restructuring of the sleep pattern. Scientists advise to limit their use or avoid altogether in the evening.

Another useful tip is to create comfortable conditions for sleep. This may include using blackout curtains, comfortable bedding, and dim lighting in the bedroom. It is important that the bedroom is a pleasant and cozy place to relax.
