In such cases, it's important to consult a specialist to determine the cause. However, in the absence of medical indications, proper hygiene is paramount. For oily hair, it's helpful to use light shampoos and conditioners with herbs such as nettle, chamomile, and sage. They regulate sebum production and leave hair looking fresh. Dry and brittle hair requires additional nourishment. Masks and oils such as castor, olive, and argan are helpful. They can be applied to the ends 15-20 minutes before washing to restore softness and elasticity. It's important to avoid excessively hot water and not over-drying your hair with a hairdryer. Regular brushing also plays a significant role. A few minutes of morning and evening massage with a soft brush improves circulation and stimulates hair growth. When caring for your hair, remember that its beauty is a reflection of your overall health. Proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and inner balance help keep it healthy and radiant for years to come.
