This schedule reduces the likelihood of overeating, improves concentration, and maintains a healthy weight. Furthermore, regular exercise and extracurricular activities help teenagers get to bed on time. Physical activity tires the body and promotes quality sleep, which positively impacts mood, academic performance, and daytime behavior. Therefore, getting enough sleep before midnight is an important factor in shaping a disciplined, healthy, and energetic teenager.
