Drinks are mainly water, herbal teas, and sometimes coffee without sugar.

The Scandinavian diet also takes into account the aspect of sustainable development: it is aimed at reducing food waste and supporting local farmers. For example, instead of tropical fruits, seasonal berries (blueberries, lingonberries, cloudberries), apples, pears are preferred here. Meat is consumed in moderation, more often in the form of lean poultry or game. By adhering to this nutritional system, you can not only maintain a slim figure, but also improve your overall well-being, increase energy and prolong an active life. Like any other diet, the Scandinavian nutritional model requires an individual approach, but numerous studies prove its effectiveness and health benefits. It is a simple, tasty and smart choice for those who seek balance between body and mind.
