This is especially noticeable in people who do not use special oral hygiene products.

Tea can indeed be a useful drink, but only if you take a balanced approach to its use. It is important to consider the individual characteristics of the body, lifestyle and the presence of chronic diseases. If you are in doubt whether you should drink a particular type of tea, it is better to consult a doctor or nutritionist. In a world where even the most useful things can have a downside, awareness is the best defense.
