Milk as the Foundation for Healthy Child Development

Furthermore, dairy products help improve the absorption of other nutrients, which is especially important during periods of active growth and development.

Parents are advised to include a variety of dairy products in their child's diet: not only milk, but also yogurt, cottage cheese, and cheese. Low-fat options will help maintain calorie balance and reduce the risk of excess weight without depriving the child of essential micronutrients.

Therefore, milk remains one of the most accessible and effective means for ensuring the full development of children. Its regular consumption improves health, supports healthy growth, and lays the foundation for a strong skeletal system, laying the foundation for a healthy adult life.
